100 Crores Mahabharat Remake with Amitabh Bachan and Rani Mukherjee

We just came to know from some external sources that Mahabharat the biggest Indian Mythological Serial series is again going to be remade in the form of a movie.
The movie is going to be remade by Ravi Chopra , son of B.R. Chopra and they have planned amitabh bachan to play in the role of “bhishma pitamah” , and Rani Mukherjee in the role of “Draupati”. The whole movies plan is still in planning stage and nothing is still confirmed regarding the roles with Amitabh Bachan nor Rani Mukherjee.
Amitabh Bachan was selected because of his outstanding performance in the Indian Film industry and this television series is one of the Best Serial ever. The movie is being planned to be released in the year 2008. We are still awaiting to see who is going to play the role of Krishna[nitesh chopra most probably] and other Important roles.Saif Ali Khan and Aamir khan is also being selected for a role in this up comming big movie project,and the total project is budgeted at 100 Crores Indian Rupees [approx 25000000$] and is said to be the costliest Indian Movie.
The whole movie is said to be released in 2 parts that is the total length of the movie is planned at 6 Hours and is said to be released on 2 fridays consequently, Releasing part by part and giving all the viewers the whole concept of Mahabharat.
